Our rewards program is designed to recognize and appreciate our valued customers by offering points for qualifying purchases and activities. Points may be earned based on the amount spent on eligible products or services and can be redeemed for discounts, special offers, or exclusive rewards. Participation in the program is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the company, including any limitations on point accrual, expiration dates, and redemption restrictions.

Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice. By participating, members agree to abide by all program rules and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in forfeiture of earned points or removal from the program.

At Damn What’s Cooking, we’re all about rewarding loyalty, and our rewards program is one tasty way to say thank you. Customers become eligible to redeem rewards once they’ve earned a minimum of 1,000 points. When a reward is redeemed, the corresponding number of points will be deducted from the customer’s balance. Points must be redeemed within six months of being earned, and any coupons or discounts received from redeemed points will expire within one year. To help you keep track, reminder emails will be sent out up to 14 days before any points or rewards are set to expire.

While we do our best to ensure every point is properly tabulated, we know things can happen. We encourage customers to double-check their balance after completing any task that should earn points. If anything seems off, you’ll have up to 10 days from the date of the activity to request that the missing points be added to your account. Fairness and transparency are key—because just like our food, your experience should always feel good.
