How to Navigate the Weekly Menu

Each week, the menu is curated with featured meals selected by the chef, offering a rotating variety of flavorful, balanced dishes. While these meals are pre-arranged for your convenience, you still have the flexibility to customize your order to fit your preferences. Customers are welcome to mix and match meals as long as they align with the structure of the meal plan selected. For example, if you choose the Basic Starter Meal Plan, which includes 4 meals per week, you may select 4 proteins, 4 carbs, and 4 vegetables in any combination across the menu. Please note that each meal is designed to be ordered as-is. However, if you'd prefer to create your own combinations, you're welcome to do so—just ensure that your selections match the total number of items included in your plan. Any additional proteins, vegetables, or carbs beyond what’s included in your selected plan will incur an extra charge. Featured desserts are offered separately and are not counted toward your meal plan totals—they’re a delicious optional treat! You're also free to mix and match between the protein-based and vegetarian menus to enjoy greater variety. Just remember that the same meal count rules apply regardless of which menu items you choose. All meals are prepared based on standard portion sizes. If you'd like larger servings, those will come at an additional cost. Lastly, meal pricing is based on the cost of your selected meal prep plan, though some individual meals may be priced slightly lower depending on the dish. Taxes, delivery, and any applicable service fees will be calculated and added during checkout.
